We process only what is needed to build your characters, generate your images and video, and keep your private chat working — and you can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

Every character on the platform is fictional and AI-generated, so the content in your account does not identify real people.

What we process when you create characters, generate content or chat

When you describe a girl, the platform stores the description you typed and the style you chose, so the character can be reused and edited later.

• Account data — the login details you use to sign in, plus your plan status.
• Prompts and settings — your written descriptions, style selections such as photorealistic, anime or stylised, and the generation settings attached to them.
• Generated media — the images, videos and characters created inside your account.
• Chat messages — your conversations with your companion, kept so that the chat remembers earlier conversations, as it is designed to.
• Technical data — device type, browser, IP address and approximate region, used to keep the service stable and secure.
• Support messages — anything you send to our support team.

Why we process it: running the service, safety, payments and support

We use your data for four things: generating what you asked for, keeping your account and chat working, keeping the platform safe for adults only, and answering you when you write in.

• Running the service — turning your prompt into a character, image or video, and keeping your chat history available to you on any device you sign in from.
• Payments — if you move to a paid plan for unlimited generations, your subscription is processed by the payment provider that handles it; card details are entered there, not stored in your GoLove profile.
• Safety and rules — checking that use stays inside our 18+ content rules, which forbid content of real people and of any minors.
• Support — reading your message and replying to it, which is why support runs around the clock, online only.

Your rights: access, correction, deletion and how to use them

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix what is wrong, ask us to delete your data, or ask us to stop using it for a specific purpose.
